About
St. Clair Legal is the practice of Paul St. Clair, J.D., CIPP/US. Paul is a regulatory and compliance attorney who advises technology and telecommunications companies on the issues that impact how these businesses build, market, and scale their products.
Paul has spent his career at the intersection of law, technology, and regulation. His background includes serving as in-house counsel at a SaaS platform, at a national telecom carrier, as an associate at a large international law firm, and on Microsoft's government affairs team in Washington, DC.
Paul works with companies that need experienced regulatory counsel without the overhead of a full-time hire, or that need a specialist to supplement their existing legal team on compliance, privacy, telecommunications, or government affairs matters.
Paul graduated from Tulane University and went to law school at the Catholic University of America. Paul lives with his wife and daughter in Charleston, South Carolina.
